Gretchen A. Heyer, Ph.D.

GRETCHEN A. HEYER, Ph.D., is a writer and Jungian psychoanalyst interested in mysteries of the human mind. Her essays and articles have appeared in literary and Jungian journals, most recently "Hokum" in Psychoanalytic Perspectives and "Race, Religion and a Cat in the Clinical Hour" in the Journal of Analytical Psychology. 

Dr. Heyer is a training analyst in the Interregional Society of Jungian Analysts and presents at conferences and the Jung Center of Houston. She grew up in various countries of Africa and maintains a private practice in Houston, Texas.

The C. G. Jung Society of the Triangle is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area of North Carolina consisting of people from all backgrounds and professions interested in learning about the work of psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung.
